Fair Working Environment
We at Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH offer our employees fair conditions. We work a five-day week and adhere to the normal core working hours. With us, the weekend really is free time and holidays are relaxation - no one gets called in. And there are no WhatsApp messages in the evening hours either.
We also place a lot of emphasis on pay equity, pay bonuses and offer a company pension scheme. We encourage professional development and provide a healthy workplace in our bright office.
Teamwork
The layout of our offices also reflects our way of working - there are no closed doors and individual rooms here. We all sit together and the heart of our daily work is our meeting island in the middle for quick and constant consultation with each other. Because: we work with flat hierarchies and in teamwork. The way we work as a team is structured and the processes are clearly defined and standardised - but they are still continuously developed and always adapted to the specific assignment. Who we are Looking For
Our working methods and the quality of our services in headhunting, selection procedures and as HR consultancy are based, among other things, on academic knowledge from organizational psychology and business administration.
Accordingly, we are looking for colleagues from these disciplines to join our team. However, we also offer career changers a chance to join us and are happy to develop colleagues from other fields.
Commitment, strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly are particularly important to us. Experience and competence in human resources and business management are desirable, but not a must.
