Active Sourcing
Our headhunters start every recruitment process with active sourcing of potential candidates for a position.
To do this, we first define a so-called target profile together with you as the client, in which the minimum requirements for the candidate in terms of competences, skills and professional experience are specified. On this basis, we then use active sourcing to identify suitable target persons for a vacancy.
During the search, we use our industry contacts to identify candidates directly on the market and among your competitors. At the same time, we draw on our internal pool of candidates, which consists of a large number of highly qualified candidates who are usually willing to change jobs and are therefore available at short notice. In addition, you can name candidates whom you would like us to contact.
In the case of all identified persons, the information available to us in terms of qualifications and curriculum vitae is compared with the target profile before we make contact in person on site, by telephone or digitally during the direct approach. If a candidate expresses interest in the position, we ask for application documents and an initial telephone interview. Here we check in detail whether the recruited candidate meets the minimum requirements of the position. Only if this is the case do we forward the documents - after written approval - to you as the company.
