As a headhunting agency, we start each recruitment assignment with the creation of a so-called target profile, in which we define the requirements for the candidate together with you as the company. On this basis, we start active sourcing on the market and within our internal pool of candidates. In the direct approach, we contact the identified target persons by telephone, digitally and on site and present the vacancy. If the candidates are interested, we check them and the application documents carefully - this way we ensure that we only send you fitting candidates for a position. Our aim is always to present you with at least three suitable candidates - from this shortlist you can select the best-fit candidate.
A professionally conducted selection process can help you to make a decision and to secure it legally - we are happy to support you in this. As a matter of principle, for us the assignment is only completed when both partners have signed the contract. If required, we also support the contract and salary negotiations.
