Executive Search
In executive search we fill management and executive positions. As a reputable headhunting agency, we work with fixed structures and procedures and enable you to conduct a covert search if required. This can be particularly important in the case of succession planning.
In a first step, we define together with you the minimum skills and competencies that the candidate must have for the position. Based on this so-called target profile, we start active sourcing of potential candidates on the market as well as within our internal candidate pool. This pool consists of top managers and executives who have already been screened by us and are available at short notice.
The target persons identified here are then approached discreetly in the next step of the executive search - we contact the candidates personally on site, by telephone or digitally. By being in direct dialogue with managers, board members and managing directors, our headhunters can answer initial questions and actively promote your position.
If a candidate expresses interest, we ask for the application documents and a telephone interview. This enables us to check in detail whether the candidate meets the target profile and whether his or her ideas and wishes match yours. Only if this is the case will he or she be placed on the so-called short list – which will only be sent to you after written approval by the applicants. At the same time, we ask you as the company for individual approval that we may name you to the candidates.
