Throughout the entire process - from the creation of the target profile, through the search for personnel to the final selection - we act in an advisory capacity and actively search for suitable candidates for a position. We then support the decision-making process for recruited candidates and prepare them.

At the same time, we respect the knowledge of our clients' HR departments: They always know the industry and their own company best. The final decision on filling a position then lies with the client and therefore usually with the HR employees in the company.
