Our headhunters support companies with succession planning or new appointments in the management and for board positions. In executive searches, we find suitable candidates who have the necessary competencies, skills, potential and performance. We make sure that the candidates have management experience, understand the market and your company and fit your business plan and corporate strategy.
To ensure that we only recruit candidates who meet your requirements, we draw up a target profile in which the minimum requirements are set out. On this basis, we start the executive search in the market and in our internal pool of candidates. Identified target persons are then contacted personally on site, by telephone or digitally during the direct approach. If a candidate expresses interest in the vacancy, we check the application documents and clarify in an initial interview whether he or she is a good fit for your company. Only if this is the case will the name be passed on to you. This procedure enables a covert search, which can be particularly relevant in the case of succession planning.
As a full-service agency, once the shortlist has been forwarded - we always aim to forward at least three candidates to you - we accompany you in the contract and salary negotiations and, if necessary, provide support with selection procedures for the HR decision.
