The Welfare Association of Northern Germany is currently recruiting for two new management positions. We are looking for candidates for the financial management of the service company of the association as well as for the operative management of the regional association.

Operational Management
We are looking for candidates with a diploma or master's degree in social pedagogy, social work or social economics for the position of operational management for the state association of independent welfare organisations in Schleswig-Holstein. He or she will mainly be responsible for the educational part of the management - accordingly, the employer wants professional experience in the social economy and the management of day care centres or educational institutions. The candidate should also have experience in strategy development and subsequent implementation.
The central areas of responsibility of the vacancy include the overall management of the KITA, education campus and intercultural and social work divisions. Furthermore, the development and planning of the goals of the national association as well as the strategic orientation of the educational and social work are core tasks of the operational management. In addition, he or she is to develop and implement the organisational structure and a growth strategy.
Head of Finance and Accounting
The Service GmbH is looking for candidates with a degree in business administration and experience in balance sheet accounting to head the finance and accounting department with around 20 experienced employees. Candidates should also have professional experience in health and social care institutions as well as in commercial areas and knowledge of business, payroll and general tax law.
The finance manager of the independent service company of the social association will be responsible for economic and liquidity planning as well as central debtor, creditor and cash management. In addition, he or she will prepare the annual financial statements of the sub-societies and the national association and advance the digitalisation of document management - accordingly, initial experience in this area is also desirable.
