In addition to our pool, we also recruit directly in the international market and approach potential candidates for the position there. If necessary, we proceed very discreetly and do not initially identify you as the employer. If such discretion is not necessary, offensive recruitment with various HR marketing measures is also possible to fill the position quickly. In both cases we basically work according to the following sub-steps:

Furthermore, our headhunters for the medical technology and life science industry attach great importance to close cooperation with you as our client throughout the entire process and we are in constant contact with you via a permanent contact person. Through regular updates, we also carry out continuous project controlling and can react with corrective measures if necessary.
