Our headhunters for the public service recruit administrative managers for the various departments, as well as heads of units and departments and heads of offices for cities and municipalities and ministries. As an experienced headhunting agency, we find suitable managers for classic areas such as finance and controlling or HR as well as for newer topics such as e-government and digitalisation in the public service.
As we have access to a large in-house pool of candidates who are willing to change and many industry contacts, we are able to get off to a fast start in the search for personnel. In addition, we use our expertise in direct approaches to identify further candidates directly on the market and contact them in person, digitally or by telephone.
By working with the so-called target person profiling, we can proceed in a focussed manner during the direct approach and only approach people with the appropriate qualifications. If necessary, we enable our clients to conduct a covert search in which we approach potential candidates discreetly without naming you as the client. On the other hand, a more offensive approach with noisy HR marketing is also conceivable. In principle, we work according to the following sub-steps:

As a headhunting agency for the public service, we work in accordance with the German General Equal Treatment Act, Article 33 of the German Basic Law and the Second Leadership Positions Act. In addition, we ensure strict compliance with the German Data Protection Act and do not pass on any information or data without your approval.
