Our headhunters for sales and service support companies in the B2B sector in recruiting excellently qualified experts as well as academically trained specialists and managers for the areas of (technical) sales, field sales, internal sales and key account management on the one hand, and customer service, customer service, call and contact centres and product management on the other. The specialists either come from the respective specialist area of your products or are experts in sales and service.
In order to provide you as a company with only those candidates who have the necessary skills, our headhunters work with you to develop a target profile in which the minimum requirements for the candidates are defined. On this basis, we start the active sourcing in the market and in our internal pool of candidates - identified target persons are then contacted directly on site, by telephone or digitally. If a candidate expresses interest in your vacancy, we review the application documents and conduct an initial interview to ensure that he or she meets your expectations. In this way, we ensure that we only send you truly suitable candidates. Our goal is always to have at least three names on the shortlist.
As a full-service agency, we also accompany you during the contract and salary negotiations after the recruitment - our assignment is only completed when both partners have signed the contract.
