Professors
University. Research Institutions. College.
Our headhunters for science, research and education have been successfully filling professorships with highly qualified and habilitated candidates since our foundation. Today, we can draw on a large network and our internal pool of candidates for the executive search of professors for various departments at universities and universities of applied sciences throughout Europe.
To focus our search on highly qualified and suitable candidates, we work with a so-called target person profile and define the requirements for the candidates precisely in advance. On this basis, we specifically approach professors that fit this profile within our network, but also at other universities. Since an appointment procedure usually takes place when filling a new or subsequent professorship, as headhunters we also accompany the final selection of candidates. Overall, we usually work according to the following concept:
- Target profiling and briefing of the team
- Active sourcing in the market and our internal pool of candidates
- Direct approach - Personal. Digital. By telephone.
- Applicant management with candidate screening
- Support for selection procedures
- Support during contract and salary negotiations
In doing so, we observe all legal requirements relevant to an appointment, such as the German General Equal Treatment Act. In addition, we also adapt the recruitment according to your wishes and, for example, explicitly search for women for a vacancy.
As a reputable headhunting agency, we also pay close attention to the protection of your data and work in accordance with the German Data Protection Act - we do not pass on any information to third parties without your written consent. This also allows for a covert search if required, which can be particularly relevant in the case of succession planning.
Close cooperation with our clients is also important to us - we maintain a constant exchange with you as the client through a permanent contact person. In addition, you will receive regular written updates on the ongoing recruitment process. At the same time, this enables us to carry out precise project controlling and, if necessary, we can react with corrective measures and thus move the search assignment forward.
