Clear trend recognisable: training and qualification initiative in the care industry
Training and qualification initiative in the care industry
Our headhunters in nursing and education are increasingly experiencing a high demand for qualified medical and nursing educators for healthcare, nursing and assistant professions.
The trend towards more demand in nursing training is not only due to a lack of trainees, but above all due to insufficient support and a lack of time for qualification.
New nursing school in NRW
An owner-managed and certified training and further education academy for the nursing, health and social care sectors in North Rhine-Westphalia is making further progress with its qualification programme - and is building a new campus at another location. In future, more than 500 students will complete their training there. A full-service concept will also be offered for the cooperation partners, consisting of counselling, training and job placement and a nursing school with generalist nursing training.
The nursing school is now looking for additional staff for both the new and the first location:
Head of School - Head of School Nursing School NRW
On the one hand, we are looking for an additional Head of School who will be responsible for the organisational and pedagogical management of the nursing school, the further development of the curriculum, the school programme as well as personnel recruitment and cooperation with partners.
The sought-after Head of Nursing School will be offered a responsible position at a growing and innovative educational institution specialising in healthcare professions, active involvement in shaping and developing the school and a salary above the standard pay scale.
Course leader for generalist training
Nursing teachers may be interested in another vacancy at this nursing school: ‘Teacher - Lecturer Nursing Professions’ - also because the school is state-of-the-art with fully digital classrooms with a learning management system and offers access to the web-based school cloud for professional and structured lesson preparation and delivery.
The qualified nursing teacher team trains an average of more than 150 nursing professionals, always in close cooperation with the management, other teachers and all decision-makers.
The teacher we are looking for will be responsible for on-site course management, practical supervision and communication with cooperation partners, coordination of learning counselling sessions and involvement in learning status surveys, examinations and evaluations.
