Engineers
Environmental Engineering. Power Engineering. Water Resource Engineering.
We recruit engineers for companies in the waste, water and energy sector with the appropriate training, professional experience and the necessary advanced skills for your key positions and management positions. We find environmental engineers and engineers with other specialisations for waste management, energy management, water management and energy supply companies. Since the utilities in particular are partly organised globally, our headhunters for this sector work internationally from Hamburg. In principle, we proceed according to the following scheme:
- Target profiling and briefing of the team
- Active sourcing in the market and our internal pool of candidates
- Direct approach - Personal. Digital. By telephone.
- Applicant management with candidate screening
- Support for selection procedures
- Support during contract and salary negotiations
By first defining a target profile for the vacancy to be filled with all minimum requirements together with you, we can start focused in the active sourcing. We identify suitable engineers for your position both on the market and within our internal pool of candidates. The pool of highly qualified engineers who are available at short notice enables us to quickly provide you with the first candidates who meet your minimum requirements.
As a reputable service provider, we can also conduct a covert search with a discreet direct approach if required. If this is not necessary, we will aggressively draw attention to your vacancy with various HR marketing measures. In both cases, we strictly observe compliance with the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO) - we do not pass on any information to third parties without written approval.
We also work in compliance with the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and the Second Leadership Positions Act. By keeping you informed with regular updates, we also ensure continuous project controlling and can once again advance the recruitment process with corrective measures if necessary.
