As an HR consultancy, we support you in all HR management issues and help you plan and implement processes and procedures in employer branding, HR marketing, employee retention, employee motivation, talent management and everything to do with leadership. Our HR consultants also support you in setting up entire locations and branches in Europe and, as your temporary external HR office, take over the development of the entire Human Resources department.

Analysis
In a first step, we start with an analysis of your company, your HR management, but also of the industry, competition and market. Our HR consultants also draw on their years of experience - we know the industries well and always keep up to date with current developments through these analyses.
In addition, our knowledge of psychology and business administration helps us to classify the results of the analysis.
Planning and Implementation
On this basis, our HR consultants work with you to develop approaches and tools for improving your HR management. We optimise existing processes and procedures and implement new ones.
Our HR consultants develop your employer branding and HR marketing measures to position you as an attractive employer on the market and thus facilitate the recruitment of new managers and experts. In addition, we implement tools to measure employee satisfaction and motivation, for example with the help of annual employee appraisals, target agreement meetings or employee surveys on general or specific topics. Subsequently, we support you in improving the satisfaction and motivation of your employees. Here, talent management with HR and management development play a particularly important role.
Furthermore, we work with you to develop leadership processes and communication processes and make your executives, management and board fit for their tasks and areas of responsibility.
Controlling
As your partner in HR management, it is important to us to ensure the success of our measures. That is why we regularly check the effect of the approaches and tools during and after implementation and react with corrective measures if necessary. Our assignment is only complete when the desired improvement has occurred and you are well positioned in the area of human resources.
Close Communication with Regular Reporting
When working with our clients, we attach great importance to close exchange and good communication between all parties involved throughout the project. That is why we appoint a permanent contact person for you to ensure that no information gets lost. Through continuous briefings, our team stays up to date and together we can move your project forward.
In addition, you will receive regular written updates and reports as PDFs from us, so that you have documented the various process steps and are always up to date.
Setting up Locations and Branches
As a full-service HR consultancy, we also provide support throughout Europe in setting up entire locations and branches. We take over the planning and implementation of the entire HR area for you: we organise the various departments and hierarchical levels, recruit the necessary staff with the appropriate competencies and integrate HR management procedures and processes. In addition, we support you with a payroll service before we hand over the finished HR management to you.
