Kontrast Personalberatung GmbH has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2013 and we have standardised our processes in headhunting, as a personnel consultancy and for selection procedures at a high level. This year, we were successfully recertified according to the current DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The auditor particularly praised the high level of customer orientation that is practised by all employees.
High level due to current adjustments - employees live QM
The high standard of our QM manuals, organisational manuals, process descriptions, guidelines and checklists was also particularly positive. We achieve this by ensuring that the QM documents are actively used by the team on a day-to-day basis - including regular further developments and changes. Positive effect: We work flexibly and dynamically, always adapting to current developments on the market.

At the same time, our permanent team is able to respond to the individual needs of each customer while maintaining the same level of service on the basis of quality management. We differentiate between companies and employers from the public sector as clients who commission us with personnel searches on the one hand, and candidates as another client group on the other. Our aim is always to find the best solutions for the future for both sides of the customer.
