As a HR consultancy and headhunting agency for the engineering industry, we also support you as a company, managers or HR department in personnel decisions. Our HR consultants develop customised selection procedures for you, support you in the implementation as well as the evaluation of the results and thus enable you to make the best selection for your open executive, leadership or management positions.

Our team of academically trained business economists and organizational psychologists can draw on many years of experience in the field of HR and thus classify the requirements and necessary competencies for a position. On this basis and based on the jointly defined minimum requirements, our HR consultants draw up an individual selection procedure, for example in the form of an aptitude test, assessment centre or management assessment.
