As a HR consultancy and headhunting agency, we support companies in the selection of personnel after the recruitment of suitable candidates. A professionally conducted selection procedure is not only important for the identification of the best-fit candidate, but also legally safeguards your personnel decision in the case of succession planning, new and initial appointments.

Our academically trained HR consultants from the fields of business administration and organizational psychology check whether the person's competences match the requirements of the position. We compare the skills of the candidate with the role, the area of responsibility, your organisational structure and the market.

The type of selection procedure used depends on the vacancy, but also on your budget and the time available. Depending on your needs, we conduct traditional, formal selection procedures, a management assessment or an assessment centre. For all these approaches, an online test procedure is always possible and we offer assessments for individual candidates as well as for several applicants for a position.

Classical Selection Procedure

In the classic and often purely formal selection process, we analyse the candidate's application file with the CV, check whether the candidate has the necessary qualifications and professional experience for a vacancy and check the references provided. In addition, we accompany the selection interviews with the candidates on site and thus support you in the personnel decision.

Management Assessments - Management and Board Members

Management assessments focus on identifying candidates who can implement and advance your corporate strategy, business plan and vision. To do this, the candidate must have management skills, specialist knowledge of the relevant area, know-how about the industry, the market and your company, and be able to build up a team and motivate it. We adapt the management assessments accordingly and support you in identifying the strengths and weaknesses as well as the potential of the candidates.

Assessment Centre - Management Group and Specialists

Our HR consultancy also regularly assists in the selection of personnel for executive and key positions that are to be filled with the appropriate specialists. Assessment centres are used for the external selection of personnel as well as internally for the identification of high potentials or for succession planning.

We have an extensive aptitude-diagnostic toolbox from business studies and organizational psychology as well as our many years of experience as HR consultancy at our disposal, from which we create a suitably configured assessment centre that queries the skills and competences required for a vacancy and highlights the strengths and weaknesses, but also the potential of internal candidates and external applicants.

Sound Personnel Selection in Accordance with all Legal Requirements

All three approaches give you the opportunity to create a ranking of candidates for a vacancy and thus make a well-founded personnel decision. As a full-service HR consultancy, we not only support you in the planning and implementation of the selection process, but also work with you to compile the results on which the ranking is based.

By working in a structured manner throughout the entire process and observing all legal requirements such as the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO), the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), the Second Leadership Positions Act and Article 33 of the German Constitution (GG), we ensure that your personnel selection is legally secure.

Support for Candidates and Observers

As a service provider for selection procedures, we also attach great importance to close communication with the candidates, but also with the representatives of your company. We prepare both groups of people for the selection days and brief both the candidates and the observers accordingly. Afterwards, we support the observers in compiling the results and give the candidates personal feedback.
