A well-founded selection procedure is particularly important when filling a new or existing management position. A Management Assessment enables you, as a company, to select the best candidate for the vacancy and to protect the decision from possible legal action by rejected applicants. That is why we as HR consultants work scientifically and evidence-based and comply with all legal requirements such as the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and the Second Leadership Positions Act.
