Our full service as HR consultancy also includes the subsequent individual evaluation of the candidates based on the results gathered. On this basis, your commission can then make a well-founded personnel decision.

Our HR consultants will then manage the rejection of the other candidates and support you in the role of moderator in the salary and contract negotiations with the best-fit candidate.
